With an extensive knowledge of the market in our areas of specialisation, we are happy to represent partners on a contingency basis. You will receive the insight of a search consultant while benefiting from the flexibility of a contingency recruiter. The best of both worlds.

Confidentiality

Either working on retained or contingency basis our primary concern is to ensure the confidentiality of the partners with whom we work. We keep ‘paper trails’ to a minimum.

We have extensive experience of the London legal market and are well placed to give you a big picture of the market as a whole, as well as more specific and detailed information on particular firms, both UK and US.

With many years of experience specialising in partner level recruitment, we have excellent contacts at the senior level.

Business Planning

At the senior level, a curriculum vitae is useful from an introductory point of view; but when discussions become serious, a decision to hire is based primarily on a business plan. We have assisted numerous partners in drafting business plans in a number of different practice areas, and we are happy to offer clients our expertise in this area.
