At SR Search we recognise the search market is very competitive. Superficially, there is often very little to differentiate consultancies. We endeavour to create long-standing relationships based on trust and performance. We are fast, responsive, and unencumbered by conflicts as our services are highly focused on our areas of specialisation.
Analysis of Success
We provide an informed consultative service. We analyse our clients’ requirements and present a candid assessment of the chances of success. While we do our best to meet all client needs, we will not oversell the prospects of a successful completion. We are certainly happy to take on challenging assignments, but only with realistic expectations.Fee Structure
A key consideration in relation to any search is the upfront costs. Our simple structure splits the fee into two parts; an initial modest retainer paid at the outset, and the balance, paid on completion of the assignment (the start date).
All search assignments are undertaken on an exclusive basis.
