Nick Holt
Partner
Nick graduated in Law from Cambridge University and started his legal career at Coward Chance (as it then was). He then moved in-house with Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong and subsequently with securities firm Smith New Court plc in London, where he became General Counsel. He returned to private practice in 1996 as a founding partner of the London office of New York law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges, and then in 2000 became the Managing Partner of KLegal, the law firm associated with KPMG. In 2004 he joined Global Legal Search as a partner, since when he has completed many high profile partner search assignments, acting for a wide variety of law firms, both UK and international, and in a diverse range of practice areas. Nick joined SR Search in March 2009. Given his background, Nick also focuses on senior in-house positions in industry, as well as non-lawyer management in private practice.

Sloane Poulton
Director
Sloane Poulton is a Commerce and Law graduate from the University of Queensland. He was admitted as a Solicitor in NSW and practised law in Sydney before moving back to London. He started his career in legal recruitment at the beginning of 1999. Initially he worked for a well known recruitment consultancy specialising in London private practice at all levels but with particular emphasis on senior and partner level recruitment. In January of 2003, Sloane joined Taylor Root specialising in partner and partner designate level recruitment for UK and US firms. He has been involved in a number of high profile partner and team moves. Sloane then moved within the SR Group to establish SR Search.

Neil Aronson
Associate Director
Neil qualified as a lawyer with Herbert Smith in 2000 before joining K Legal's private equity team. He moved into recruitment in 2005 and has specialised in high profile senior search assignments acting for a wide range of law firms and corporations. He joined SR Search in January 2010.

Nick Eastwell
Senior Adviser
Nick was at Linklaters for 27 years, being a partner for 20 years. Most recently Nick was the Managing Partner for Emerging Europe, Middle East and North Africa. Previously he led the Global Capital Markets practice, was Managing Partner of Central and Eastern Europe and head of International finance in Hong Kong. Post his retirement from Linklaters, Nick is combining his role at SR Search with a senior consultancy position at Kinstellar, a leading law firm for Emerging Europe, and involvement in a pro bono capacity in both the education and sports sectors.

Jemima Dalgliesh
Head of Research
Jemima graduated with a degree in English Literature and Language from Oxford University in 2005. She then completed a Masters in eighteenth-century literature at Queen Mary, University of London before joining a well known legal headhunting company in September 2007. Jemima joined SR Search in October 2009.
