Junior Partner Search
We frequently help senior associates/counsel looking for immediate or partner designate roles who are looking to accelerate their route to partnership. Many of these lawyers have client connections to bring with them. They can also provide a specialist skill set the law firms may not have, at a reasonable cost. We have a dedicated junior partner team specialising in this area.
An international law firm, headquartered in London, instructed us to assist with hiring a Partner to build and develop their German practice. What made this assignment challenging was that the client’s ideal candidate would in all likelihood be German trained lawyer practising in Brussels who would be willing to relocate to Germany.
